A Super micro mill, which is a block mill of cold rolling for small dimensional wire, has been developed. This mill is characterized by the tandem mill that has four rolls and round-round grooves. The advantages of this rolling process are as follows: (1) precision rolling can be performed and (2) guideless rolling can be accomplished. Small dimensional wire with good dimensional accuracy can be rolled efficiently.
