Research on the effects of cold work and annealing temperatures on grain size and hardness of three types of copper wire is presented. The copper types studied were tough pitch, oxygen free high conductivity (type A-OF, melted), and oxygen free high conductivity (type B-QF, coalesced). The results are provided in graphic and tabular form.
