Strategic Growth Through Targeted Acquisitions

The LAPP Group acquires Brazilian connectivity specialist Eurocabos shortly after another key transaction. In early June, LAPP announced the integration of Cableforce Electronics, a Chinese expert in industrial connectors, further strengthening its position in Asia. Together, these acquisitions support LAPP’s strategy to grow in emerging markets and broaden its industrial connectivity portfolio.

“Latin America, in general, and Brazil, specifically, are connectivity markets of the future,” said Matthias Lapp, CEO of LAPP Group. He emphasized that Eurocabos adds complementary products, strong customer trust, and an experienced sales team—making it an ideal fit for LAPP’s international growth plans.
