Rich Stinson will retire as Southwire’s president and CEO in December after a decade in the role and more than 40 years in the electrical industry, remaining as executive advisor to incoming president and CEO Ganesh Ramaswamy through early 2026. Kurt Breischaft has been appointed CEO of Advanced Digital Cable following its acquisition by Kinderhook Industries, while Peter Sheehan joins ADC’s board as an operating partner.
