A new form of making flexible copper conductors

$15.00

This paper discusses an invention related to a method and an apparatus for the continuous production of a twisted stranded cable and ultra flexible single-strand wire. Both constructs have the flexibility of stranded cable, yet retain the perfectly round characteristic exhibited by single-strand wire. This invention will reduce the cost of manufacturing by reducing equipment, energy, labor, downtime, perishable tooling, and floor space requirements; eliminating WIP and material handling; and increasing output and productivity.
