A New Method to Determine Total Productivity of Support Services

$15.00

A quantitative methodology and rating system has been developed to calculate total productivity of technical services that support rod and wire manufacturing operations. Using a matrix construction type format that incorporates quality criteria, varying performance levels, and subjectively weighted values, an overall numerical productivity index can be easily obtained for each monitoring period. Although the method will be demonstrated for technical support services, it is applicable for any population of professional or white collar workers.
