A new vertical hot-dipped wire galvanizing system for thin coatings

$15.00

In commercial wire galvanizing, wire covered with a low zinc coating is commonly produced with a technological process defined as “horizontal galvanizing,” so called because the wires leave the zinc bath at the minimum possible angle. The new system allows vertical galvanizing of wires with a low zinc coating, so the wires leave the zincing bath vertically, side-by-side. This system works by using plugs as scrapers which, applied to each single wire, assure galvanized wire of the best quality with an easy and flexible working process.
