Description
In this paper main principles concerned with tolerances in the case of wire manufacturing will be presented. It has been shown that wires ought to be manufactured with upper deviation G = 0 and lower deviation F = 0. An analysis has been performed for wires with diameter from 0.8 mm to 5.0 mm for a presentation of the range of profits and losses related to real wire tolerances. It has been found that the highest profits are for wires with the smallest diameters.
