A theory of compact sector stranded electrical conductors developed for mathematical resolution of compact sector stranded conductors and setup of a method for designing and manufacturing tooling for compact sectors is presented. Sector stranded conductors, laid up sectors, elliptical sectors, compact strand sectors, development of compact strand sectors, lay parameters, and design of compact strand sectors are considered.
