Advancement of the vibratory pickling process

$15.00

After our presentation on our coil-rotating vibratory wire rod pickling system at Atlanta in 1981, we developed another new pickling system at the strong request of our wire rod customers. The new system is characterized by incorporating rotary vibrators beside the tank instead of mounting them on the hook. On account of this new design, more than a 20% investment cost reduction has been made possible and this system is now successfully operating at more than 20 of our customers’ plants.
