This article describes the state-of-the-art technology in electron beam systems, automation of full scale production processing with electrons,and a facility designed to serve all companies involved with electron beam processing systems. The Swiss facility can crosslink anything from telephone wires up to 30kV cables including sector cables. Details of the EB systems are outlined.
