A method for aluminum coating of small steel products in bulk is described in detail. The steps in the process are precleaning, preheating and fluxing, aluminum coating, removal of excess aluminum, cold water quenching, and inspection. The products which can be coated by this method are described, and the corrosion protection afforded is discussed.
