Description
The authors have investigated 1) the observation and classification of superfine gold wire breaks in drawing, 2) the causes and countermeasures of wire breaks, and 3) the established process for obtaining the method of decreasing the occurrence of superfine gold wire breaks. Because reports on the causes and countermeasures of wire breaks in superfine gold wiredrawing have been few in number, the authors have investigated the optimum conditions and the method of decreasing the occurrence of wire breaks in drawing.
