Computer simulation and roll pass design for rolling copper strip for electrical use

$15.00

Two computer programs are described. One predicts the change in dimensions of copper strips during rolling, based on empirical equations, adjusted with real data. The second program designs a roll pass sequence given the initial and final dimensions. Both programs were tested in plant with good results.
