Current galvanizing lines and the more frequent use for galfan require wiping technologies that combine a predetermined coating and very high flexibility in implementation. This paper will present practical experience in the implementation and use of a nitrogen wiping system, as well as the possibilities offered by the automated running of the process with a series of sensors that ensure an active control of the wiping system.
