Elevated temperature and strain rate constitutive data for process simulation

$15.00

This paper covers issues and procedures relevant to constitutive relations and elevated temperature and strain rate testing of metals. The need for high quality materials data is imperative for realistic and accurate process modeling/computer simulation of modern high speed drawing processes. In addition to the need for compensating for temperature effects, accurate knowledge of the strain rate at each draw stand is needed to define appropriate testing conditions.
