The paper will give an in-depth dissection of the ever-changing world of environmental compliance as it relates to wastewater discharges. Local POTWs to comply with greater demand and tight NPDES discharge limits are requiring more pretreatment and lowering levels of solids and metals allowed in industrial effluents.
