Heat-resistant parameters of AlZr electrical alloy wires assigned to HTLS conductors

$15.00

High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors are a new generation of conductor for a temperature range with a maximum of 240°C. Traditional conductors are made of aluminium and are characterized by temperatures at a continuous running level of 80°C, which is limited by the potential for mechanical properties degradation. The addition of zirconium to aluminium not exceeding 0.3 mass fraction considerably increases the recrystallization temperature of alloys, which permits high-temperature conductors without considerably increasing wire resistivity.
