The paperless society has not yet arrived. We are constantly bombarded with paper and information on all sorts of interesting things, and being busy people, we often have to leave them to one side. Six months later, when we look at them, they are out of date, and perhaps no longer of any use. There is an alternative. We can sit down and think about the sort of information we want to receive regularly, and take steps to ensure that we do receive it and make use of it. This paper will review the information needs of various people in a wire or cable company.
