Integration of thermal oxidation to magnet wire enameling systems

$15.00

Design-stage features of a fully integrated, fuel-efficient fume incineration system for control of solvent and smoke emissions from magnet wire enameling ovens are described. The burner operates at 1300-1500~F and uses only the amount of fuel gas necessary for incineration. Oxidized gases are mixed with air, cured, and recirculated. EPA emission requirements that would unnecessarily reduce fuel efficiency are discussed.
