Charter Rolling is the Midwest’s newest hot rolled rod and bar mill, producing diameters from 5.5 mm (7/32 inch) through 31.75 mm (1-1/4 inch). Located 25 miles noth of Milwaukee in Saukville, Wisconsin, Charter Rolling operates a single strand 24 stand mill featuring a Morgan NO TWIST finish mill and STELMOR controlled cooling system. In contrast to the industry directin towards higher tonnage facilities, Charter’s single strand mill is rated at a capacity of 125,000 tons per year.
