Series ISO 9000 initiated its first cycle of learning in 1987, made one more cycle in 1994 and initiates a third cycle in year 2000. This new cycle integrates experiences of other users of quality systems as they are, ISO 14000 and QS 9000 for example. The integration of these experiences reinforces and improves the new series ISO 9000. Regarding the integration of the experiences inside our company, how is this? The clients and auditors are our own companions of the work, because each user will decide if ISO 9000 version year 2000 will be a terror film (second part) or a film of action.
