Extrucell PE or PP foaming method, using injected nitrogen gas, has recently been developed for high speed telephone wire insulation lines. The same technology is used for production of LAN cables up to level 5 and 6. By modernizing the existing extruder and using a special auto-tuned CD control, old production lines can be upgraded to a modern, efficient, and reliable production capacity.
