A high speed coating process for producing foamed high density polyethylene insulated fine gauge conductors for use in exchange cables is described. Acceleration and stabilization of whitening phenomenon, the liquid foaming method, the non-circulating and extruding system of solution, and trial manufacture by pilot coating machines are considered.
