New insulation for modular telephone cords

$15.00

The development of a new polyether polyester thermoplastic block copolymer for insulating modular telephone cords is described. The need for the copolymer is discussed, and material selection is described in detail. Color concentrate effects on extrusion parameters and viscosity, physical property comparisons of insulation materials, vertical creep resistance, and comparison of extensibility-retractility performances are presented in tabular form. Product comparison indicates improved physical and mechanical performance.
