A new range of inverted rod drawing machines has been designed using technology developed over the years for the high speed drawing of copper tube. This type of machine overcomes many of the drawbacks of conventional vertical bullblocks low efficiency, coil weight restrictions and material damage. The design also permits the drawing of squares, hexagons and irregular shapes not normally drawn on vertical blocks.
