Physical properties of Spencer Nylon NX-121 are discussed, with emphasis on suitability for wire jacketing. NX-121 has a high tensile strength, good flexural and impact strength, excellent resistance to deformation under load at high temperature, and superior abrasion resistance. Processing conditions, viscosity range, and heat aging characteristics are also described.
