Regenerative thermal process for enameling ovens

$15.00

The Regenerative Thermal Process (RTP) for recovery of part of the energy consumed by a magnet wire enameling system is presented. Use of special ducting and a novel air heat exchanger combine to make enameling ovens more effective, saving 60% of the usual fuel. The system has been successfully field tested, meets EPA emission control requirements in most cases, can be retrofitted to existing ovens, and performs well within its design parameters.
