Description
Management in plants manufacturing wire and wire products have been described and compared in the case of a centrally planned economy (formerly socialistic countries) and in a free market economy. Recent strategies of the management and systems of planning and production used in wiredrawing and wire product plants are described. It has been concluded that today a complex system of management of quality (Total Quality Management) should be widely implemented in plants producing wire and wire products.
