Study of roll bending descaler for steel wire

$15.00

Bending conditions for effective roll bend descaling of steel wire are investigated. The deformation of rod under roll bending to optimize the operating conditions and design parameters of the descaler is theoretically analyzed. Tensile strength loss by bending, internal work, elongation, radius of curvature, and drawing stress are discussed and analyzed mathematically.
