The application of ultrasonic cleaning for in-line cleaning of wire

$15.00

Many wire plants which were originally constructed in open areas, far from built-up areas, now find themselves surrounded by cities which have grown around them. These plants are being placed under serious environmental pressures and consequently fast-growing costs, which if not resolved in the near future, may even be faced with closures. One of the main causes of this environmental situation is the still widely used application of acid for cleaning wire. Ultrasonic cleaning allows the elimination of the very aggressive H2SO4 and HCl, resulting in more efficient and controllable processes that are environmentally friendly.
