The Effects of Manganese Content on the Mechanical Properties of Drawn Pearlitic Steel Wires

$15.00

The effects of the variation of the manganese content on the strain aging of eutectoid steel wires were studied. These wires show a first stage of aging associated to the atoms in intereticial solid solution and a more severe second stage associated to carbon atoms provided by the decomposition of cementite during drawing.
