Developments and the characteristics of the vibratory pickling process are presented. This method cleans both inner and outer portions of heavy coils uniformly and quickly without unbundling and spreading coils on the C-hook using existing pickling tubs at client’s facilities. Both vertical vibratory and coil rotating vibratory pickling methods are described.
