Description
This paper discusses the development and implementation of a customer-focused, comprehensive corporate quality system, blending Lean and Six Sigma approaches as the basis, for continuous improvement, in addition to maintaining multiple standards certifications. This total quality management system includes vision creation, strategic plan development and tactical methodology primarily focused on Operator-Led Process Control (OLPC) through the use of quality control plans. The program provides training and development for all associates from shop floor operators through management.
