Description
The paper is a practical approach to the transformation to an organization culture of continuous quality improvement. It incorporates real life examples and lessons learned over the past 5 years. Its focus is on the effective use of teams which engage the entire organization, yielding measurable results. It is based on the belief that skills and actions learned and practiced in a team environment carry over and last in individual behavior. The concept of Total Quality Management will be presented in practical and understandable terms. Identification will be made of those natural forces already at work in organizations that can be used to change the organization culture.
