This paper will present the ultimate results obtained with the N2 wiping device developed by the company. From the commencement of the system’s development until the present, 16 zinc baths have been equipped with this technology. The results of coating, deviation of zinc coating and speed of the wire are illustrated in the presentation, which will also feature a demonstration of the soft wire system showing the results that can be expected from an existing or new line.
