Wires from silver, silver alloys and copper alloys obtained by continuous casting

$15.00

This paper describes the process of melting AgCuZnCd, AgCuNi, CuMnNi, CuZnCoMn and CuZnNiMn-type brazing alloys and its effect on the quality of semi-products assigned for metalworking. Processes of heat treatment of the semi-products cast were examined in order to optimize the drawing process. Tests with brazing tools from sintered carbide were performed to evaluate the performance of copper-based wires from brazing alloys.
