In 2023, the UK wire and cable market increased by 5.2% to $4.6B, rising for the third year in a row after two years of decline. Over the period under review, consumption, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. Wire and cable consumption peaked at $5.1B in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2023, consumption stood at a somewhat lower figure.
