To protect against the rash of counterfeit-marked cables entering the wire and cable market, this paper demonstrates how Geon™ vinyl formulations with Percept™ authentication technologies can help secure the integrity of the wire and cable supply chain. The combination of these products provides customers with a mechanism to implement track-and-trace programs for their cables, while seeming virtually undetectable to the naked eye.
