Drawing die nib production with tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline

$15.00

The suitable tool to conveniently operate the drawing process is the stationary element called a drawing die. The drawing die nib is made with materials of extreme resistance to wear, by applying normally hard metal (tungsten carbide) or diamond (natural or polycrystalline). This work investigates the development and characterization of the tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (TZP) additive with ytrium oxide (Y2O3) in the nib. The objective of this work was to study ceramic with 3 mol % Y2O3.
