This paper is a case study describing efforts to help a Connecticut wire and cable manufacturer continue its growth by management information and control systems. An overview of the operation consisted of; 1. An audit of this small business operation to identify bottlenecks in management., 2. An identification of the systems needed to remedy the bottlenecks., 3. A schedule for implementing the system over a three year period. The above system outline is discussed.
