The Loopro system for continuously processing coils of rod or wire is described. Cleaning, coating, plating, heat-treatment, collection, savings, and system design are discussed. Goals for the future include application of the system to copper coating of aluminum wire, phosphoric coversion coats, and coating of wire with sodium silicate.
